Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

1. Who We Are

Freedom Forecast ("the Service") is operated by Mary Kathryn Taylor (the "Seller", "we", "us"), doing business as Freedom Forecast. By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Mary Kathryn Taylor.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Not Financial Advice

Freedom Forecast is an educational tool that projects financial scenarios based on inputs you provide. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Projections are estimates only and actual results will vary. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Purchases, Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

The Service is offered as a one-time purchase of $12.99 USD. No subscription fees.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund through Paddle.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mary Kathryn Taylor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (c) introduce malware or interfere with the Service's security or operation; (d) scrape, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service; or (e) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment or payment reversal; (c) suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious violations of our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and refunds) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mary Kathryn Taylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
